1. By entering the moto track property you warrant the following:
   
   1: You are a member of the Rocky Mountain Riders club or have a valid day pass.
   
   2: You accept that there is a risk of serious injury or death in participation in all forms of motor sport activities.
   
   3: You personally assume the risks inherent in off-highway motor vehicle operation including, but not limited to:

                    a. man made and natural variations in terrain

                    b. surface and subsurface conditions

                    c. crevices, ravines, streams

                    d. poor visibility

                    e. rocks, trees, other forms of growth of debris and any other natural or man made hazard

                    f. intentional alterations including, but not limited to:

                                 1. fence posts

                                 2. barbed wire

                                 3. irrigation systems

                                 4. riding track dirt work

                                 5. jumps

                                 6. bumps

                                 7. energy development and transfer systems

By entering the track property you are agreeing to assume full responsibility for all risks referred to above and you are releasing ACDC LLC, the Rocky Mountain Riders Club, Llew and Carole Jones, and other participants from liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that might occur.
